Orders & acceptance
An order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation email. Until then, prices and availability may change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud).
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in Naira (primary) with USD shown for reference. Payment is taken at checkout. Where duties apply (DDP regions), they are calculated at checkout and you will not be billed at delivery.
Intellectual property
All imagery, illustrations, prints, logos and copy are the intellectual property of MYRA. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos.
